Our story
Lyo & Co. is a story of passion, a story of gluttony. Lyo & Co is above all a family story, our family. We are three sisters, Karissa, Shania and Malika, and we decided to embark on a crazy adventure to share our love for food in an unusual and unique way.
It was in 2021 that we took the plunge and decided to share this love for food. It all started with the desire to reduce food waste, promote local products, and most importantly, help people eat more fruits and vegetables every day.
Above all, our goal is to encourage local products, by using as many fruits and vegetables from Quebec as possible. We also recover stale fruits and vegetables that would have been thrown away, to transform them into delicious, nutritious, ready-to-eat snacks.
At Lyo & Co., we are passionate about food. We are epicureans, we love discovering new products, and above all, we love sharing our culinary discoveries with the people we love. And to share this love, what better way than to share freeze-dried fruits, vegetables and candies, from our family to yours! A fun way to discover or rediscover foods in other forms and textures.
Karissa
As a nutritionist-dietitian, I constantly describe myself as a foodie , or even as being truly passionate about food and well-being!
I sincerely believe that it is possible to eat well, without depriving yourself, and above all, by having fun with each meal and snack. That's why I wanted to share an original way to consume fruits and vegetables quickly and nutritiously.
Shania
Being a food lover since a young age, I have always loved exploring new foods!
Engineer by day, then preparing bags of delicious freeze-dried food by night, you could say I never get bored! Lyo & Co. not only allows me to bring a touch of madness into my day, but also to create unique moments with my family. It's a way for me to share my passion for food, and to bring delicious moments to each Quebec family.
Malika
As a student in art education and a big fan of good little dinners, I have always loved finding ways to reinvent what surrounds me with a more fun and colorful touch. Lyo & Co. is a way to create a universe filled with bursting flavors, colors and little pleasures.
It’s a beautiful and great adventure that makes me proud, that allows me to share, from my family to yours, our reinvented and nourishing snacks.
