Shipping policy
Lyo et Co. currently ships only within Canada.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your online order.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday only – no weekend deliveries (our team takes a well-deserved rest to come back strong on Monday!).
Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for additional delivery delays caused by the carrier.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
We normally ship with GLS or Purolator. Delivery usually takes 24 to 48 business hours to arrive in Quebec and Ontario (longer for other provinces and remote areas).
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a team member will contact you by email. You will then have two options:

Pick up your order for free at our production site (4097 Boul. Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Montreal, H1B 5V3), or
-
Pay for reshipping ($11.99 + tax).
If we do not hear back from you within 30 days, the order will be canceled without refund or exchange.

Orders of $29.99 or less (before taxes): shipping $11.99

Orders between $30 and $64.99 (before taxes): shipping $6.99

Orders of $65 or more (before taxes): FREE shipping
