Refund policy

  • A full refund will be issued if the order is canceled before it has been shipped by emailing us at info@lyoetco.ca as soon as possible. A proof of purchase will be required.
  • For any issue with one of our products purchased through our online store, you may contact us by email at info@lyoetco.ca
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method (it usually takes 5 to 7 business days to appear on your card).
  • For purchases made in-store through our partners, refunds must be requested directly from them (with your receipt and sealed bags), according to their policies.

Return Policy

For online store orders, packages may be returned within 7 days of receipt, at the customer’s expense. A fee of $11.99 + tax will apply to all returns shipped back to the warehouse and will be deducted from the refund.

Return conditions:

  • All bags must be unopened and sealed.

  • All items must be sent in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • Any merchandise received damaged at our warehouse will be returned to you at your expense.

For issues or errors with your products once a bag has been opened, please contact us at info@lyoetco.ca (with photos) only.

Order Error

For any mistake made while placing your order, please contact us promptly at info@lyoetco.ca

If there is an error in the shipping address, contact customer service as soon as possible: info@lyoetco.ca

If an order is returned to us because it was not claimed at the post office or due to an incorrect address, a team member will contact you by email. You will then have two options:

  • Pick it up for free at our production site (4097 Boul. Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Montreal, H1B 5V3), or

  • Pay the reshipping fee ($11.99 + tax).

If we do not hear back from you within 30 days, the order will be canceled without refund or exchange.
