Our freeze-dried mini marshmallows have a unique texture that will give you an extraordinary gourmet experience.
Freeze-drying allows our little marshmallows to:
- Expand (about 1.5x its original size)
- Become crispy and light
We can therefore eat them as they are in the bag, or add them to our hot chocolates.
Freeze drying allows for a different sweet experience, without sticking to teeth or braces, and satisfying sugar cravings even faster.
Each bag contains 30g of mixed sweets, and will keep for at least 1 year.
