Summer in a Bite: Burrata with Freeze-Dried Peaches & Strawberries

🍑 Ingredients

    • 1 ball of fresh burrata

    • 1/3 cup freeze-dried sliced strawberries from Lyo & Co.

    • 1 to 2 fresh peaches, sliced

    • A few fresh basil leaves

    • Extra virgin olive oil (to taste)

    • 1 small baguette, roughly sliced

    • Balsamic cream (in a drizzle)

    • Salt and pepper to taste

đŸ”„ Preparation

  1. In a frying pan or on the BBQ, grill the bread and sliced ​​peaches with a drizzle of olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side , or until golden brown and lightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
  2. On a large serving plate, place the toasted bread and peaches. Add the sliced ​​freeze-dried strawberries and a few basil leaves. Place the whole burrata in the center.
  3. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately, while still warm!
