đ Ingredients

1 ball of fresh burrata

1/3 cup freeze-dried sliced strawberries from Lyo & Co.

1 to 2 fresh peaches, sliced

A few fresh basil leaves

Extra virgin olive oil (to taste)

1 small baguette, roughly sliced

Balsamic cream (in a drizzle)
- Salt and pepper to taste

đ„ Preparation
- In a frying pan or on the BBQ, grill the bread and sliced ââpeaches with a drizzle of olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side , or until golden brown and lightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
- On a large serving plate, place the toasted bread and peaches. Add the sliced ââfreeze-dried strawberries and a few basil leaves. Place the whole burrata in the center.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, while still warm!

This recipe is perfect as a starter or to share as an aperitif. You can also add roasted pistachios , crushed pink peppercorns , or a drizzle of honey to vary the flavors.
